The Most Creative Celebrity Halloween Costumes of 2025
Even though October 31 is officially behind us, the rollout of celebrity Halloween costumes are bound to continue over the next couple of days. Even so, it's safe to say some of the best looks have already been revealed.
Of course, you can't talk about celebrity Halloween costumes without mentioning Heidi Klum, whose annual Halloween bash serves as the platform for her own spectacular transformations. This year, she sat in the makeup chair for nine hours to morph into a particularly monstrous version of Medusa, complete with mechanical snake hair and a stone version of her husband, Tom Kaulitz.
While Klum's look did not disappoint, plenty of Hollywood's finest planned their own parties and photoshoots to showcase their makeup and costuming skills—or, at least, the skills of the stylists and makeup artists they hired to bring their artistic vision to life.
For example, Janelle Monáe has already had multiple viral transformations this Halloweek, from her turn as the Cat in the Hat to a topless tattooed vampire on Muscle Beach. Finally, for her annual star-studded Wondaween bash, she let a shark take a bite out of yet another glamorous blood-sucking creature.
Here are some of this year's best celebrity Halloween costumes so far.
Heidi Klum and Tom Kaulitz as Medusa and Her Victim
No one does Halloween quite like Heidi Klum and Tom Kaulitz, who transformed into a fully reptilian take on Medusa and a soldier she turned to stone.
Janelle Monáe as a retro vampire
Suddenly, the biter has become the bitten at Vampire Beach.
Janelle Monáe as another vampire
The previous evening, Monaé transformed the Santa Monica Pier into Vampire Beach for a special fan event. In honor of the party's close proximity to Muscle Beach, Money flexed her own prosthetic muscles in a chic vampire costume.
Rei Ami and EJAE as Zoe and Derpy
Rei Ami and EJAE, the musicians who provided the singing voices and raps for Zoe and Rumi in KPop Demon Hunters, went as characters from their own movie. Iconic.
Teyana Taylor as Perfidia Beverly Hills
Teyana Taylor also dressed up as her own movie character, hitting up the 2025 Costume Couture Halloween Party as Perfidia Beverly Hills from One Battle After Another.
Hailee Steinfeld as Mary from Sinners
Meanwhile, Steinfeld honored her Sinners character, Mary, by channeling her '90s look from the final moments of the film.

KATSEYE as various Mariah Careys
It's TIIIIIIIME! The members of KATSEYE went as six different iconic Mariah Carey moments. You can see their tribute here.
The Biebers as The Incredibles
The Biebers took on Pixar for their family Halloween photos, with Hailey Bieber starring as Elastigirl, while Justin Bieber went as Mr. Incredible (but with abs). Of course, baby Jack Blues Bieber made the perfect little Jack-Jack. You can see their official portrait over on Justin's Instagram page.
However, Jack-Jack wasn't the only costume worn by baby Bieber this Halloween. The 14-month-old was also dressed up as his dad circa 2010, complete with purple hoodie, white denim jacket, and matching pants.

Here's the reference, in case you've forgotten:
Demi Lovato as Poot Lovato
Lovato recreated the viral meme she once hated. You can see the posts here.
Lady Gaga as the Gardener of Eden
Of course, Mother Monster went all out on Halloween, dressing up as the gardener who tends to Eden. “Happy Halloween to all the grave diggers,” she captioned the portraits on Instagram, which can be seen here.
Megan Thee Stallion as Jujutsu Kaisen and Drolta Tzuentes
Megan Thee Stallion went as two seperate anime characters, starting with the titular character of Jujutsu Kaisen before switching to the main antagonist of Netflix's Castlevania: Nocturne. You can see the looks here and here. #HOTTIEWEEN, indeed.
Paris Hilton as pop legends Britney Spears and Madonna
Paris Hilton never dissappoints on Halloween, and this year was no exception. She went as multiple characters for Halloween, including Tinker Bell and Toy Story's Little Bo Peep, though her best looks honored pop divas Britney Spears and Madonna. After replicating Spears' look from the “Baby One More Time” music video in 2024, she kicked off Halloween 2025 with the red jumpsuit from "Oops!... I Did It Again." You can see that look here.
She then channeled Madonna's “Material Girl” cover art, which can be seen here. No notes.
Mindy Kaling as Knicks fan Timothée Chalamet

Ilona Maher as Barbie
Mia Swier and Darren Criss as Puss in Boots and Shrek
Victoria Justice as a love zombie
Ten days before the big night, Victoria Justice hosted a “Love Zombie” bash that doubled a Halloween party and single release event. She came dressed to kill, of course.
Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos as Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce
For the third year in a row, Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos channeled Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce. After tackling the couple's game-day style in 2023 and recreating their US Open looks in 2024, the talkshow hosts decided to pay homage to Swift's debut appearance on the New Heights podcast.
Justin Trudeau as a shark
Listen, we can't say for sure if Justin Trudeau's shark was a direct reference to his girlfriend, Katy Perry, but his caption seems to point in that direction…literally. In an Instagram post about his father-son surfer and shark costumes, Trudeau pointed out that his shark is on the left of his son, despite the fact that no other sharks are present in the photo.

This has led fans to assume he was making a reference to “Left Shark," a viral meme from Perry's Super Bowl Halftime Show in 2015. Of course, his comments section was filled with video of Perry's off-beat backup dancer, who stole the show during her performance.
