You crouch on all fours with your butt in the air, and your partner kneels behind you and holds your waist and hips as they alternate between shallow and deep thrusting. Having a firm bed is best for this position so the thrusts are stronger and don’t get sunken into the mattress, where you’re having to work to keep yourself up.”
57. Standing Bent-Over
You’ll lean forward against a wall or piece of furniture, bent over about 45 degrees, and your partner will get behind you with their hands on your hips.
