And on December 30, the first thing we clocked about her cozy Aspen look were her tall chestnut Ugg boots.
Remember, this is the same woman who helped popularize the platinum mini classics that broke ankles for multiple winter seasons. Now, it seems she's gravitating towards a more grounded pair of shearling-lined boots that don't require slouchy socks to keep her legs warm.
Though listed a bestseller on the Ugg website, their Classic Tall II Boot is not commonly seen worn by street style stars. There was a brief point in late 2023 when fashion TikTok predicted a tall Uggs renaissance, though it never really came to fruition. While the theory itself made sense amid rumblings that skinny jeans were making a comeback, cigarette and straight-leg styles remain the more dominant slim-fit options in 2025. Unfortunately for boot-lovers, they're still a bit tough to stuff into calf-high boots.
That didn't bother Bella Hadid, who paired her calf-high winter Uggs with black leggings and a matching black hoodie, contrasting her relaxed leisurewear with a luxurious cream fur coat and red Chanel carryall.
