Chrissy Teigen continues to be a blessedly open book on social media. This time she’s sharing her complete skin-care routine, and we’re taking notes.
“For you kind folks asking me to drop the skincare regimen, I will admit I am def proud of my skin lately and feeling myself,” she wrote on Instagram before listing all of the many products she uses to keep that signature glow. Also, in true Teigen style, there’s a mix of luxury and drugstore brands.
So let’s break down exactly what she’s using.

“I kind of use whatever is closest but it consists of @shanidarden forcing me to use @isclinical cleanser and face lotion, @controlcorrective SPF 30, @lamer’s creme de la mer and concentrate ($$, I know I know but I gotta be honest) and a steady stream of @bioreus chin and nose strips,” Teigen says.
We can certainly relate to using whatever’s handy in the bathroom—though we’d love to have a friend like celebrity facialist Shani Darden guiding our way through the shelves of Sephora. Teigen has also been a longtime fan of La Mer (she was once a spokesperson for the brand). Fun fact: Back when she was pregnant with her son, Miles, she revealed used she used the brand’s famed $335 moisturizer on her stomach as a stretch-mark cream. Can’t say that’s how we’d recommend using it, but hey, to each her own.
Teigen went on to describe the rest of her routine, including the $145 dark-spot corrector she swears by. “Mix that with anything anyone at @drjasondiamond’s office tells me to do facial wise and @simonourianmd1’s firm and fade cream when I’m feeling icks, and there you have it,” she continued. “A very simple (no) routine! But really. The IS clinical cleanser and the lotion is the only thing I use consistently and they’ve always been so good to me.”
Teigen was so thorough with her list, she even went back to add one more essential after her original post. “Forgot one of my most important products, @drdennisgross alpha beta peel pads. So important for on and around my nose and chin. You’ll notice a HUGE difference!” she wrote.
