UPDATE: January 31, at 9:40 a.m. E.T.—Dale Moss opened up about his breakup with fiancée Clare Crawley for the first time since confirming the split. In an emotional 11-minute Instagram Live video January 30, the Bachelorette star said he feels “fucking wrecked” over the whole situation and admitted he feels “so much guilt” about what happened.
“I talk so much with family and friends about everything that’s gone on,” he said, according to Us Weekly. “This situation with Clare, it’s fucking sucked, you know. And I think everyone looks for a right answer, a right way to handle these things, someone for guidance, and there really fucking isn’t one.”
Moss continued, “This has fucking rocked me. I felt so many emotions, so much guilt, but also so much confusion, so much hurt, and I know that we both have. And looking for so many answers before this even happened on how to make things better. But the reality of it is, life isn’t perfect. And we make mistakes. I’ve made a lot of them; I know we all do.”
“I’ve been fucking hurting. A lot,” he added.
January 19 at 5:51 p.m. ET— Dale Moss confirmed his split with Clare Crawley on Instagram, writing, “I wanted share with you all that Clare and I have decided to go our separate ways. We appreciate the love and support we’ve received from so many people, but this is the healthiest decision for both of us at this time. We strongly believe in leading with love and always remaining true to oneself - something our families have taught and instilled in us throughout our lives. We only hope the best things for one another.”

Clare Crawley and Dale Moss are reportedly “taking some time apart,” a source tells E!.
“They are both still getting to know each other and figuring it all out,” the source says. “They've decided to take some time apart for now…. They are still figuring out the logistics of their relationship and if they will stay together.”
According to this insider, “Clare and Dale have been fighting a lot recently. They are mainly in disagreement over lifestyle preferences. Dale wants to be in a lively city and focus on his career, and Clare is rooted in Sacramento to help care for her mom. It's been very tense recently between them.”

Clare Crawley and Dale Moss's romance started on her season of The Bachelorette, and their journey was unprecedented. Crawley actually quit halfway through her season because she decided she was in love with Moss and didn't need to finish the show. They got engaged shortly after, and Tayshia Adams then took over as Bachelorette.
“I am so far in love with Dale,” Crawley said to Bachelorette producers on the show, per E! “We have this connection where it feels like I've known him forever. It's that intangible chemistry that you just can't make up and you can't replace. It's something that is so rare to feel so connected to someone when you've only known them for such a short period of time.”
Meanwhile, Moss told Chris Harrison in an interview, “She says [she loves me] a lot. The feeling is mutual…. I love her with every ounce of my being. The most exciting thing is what we have coming up.”
