What would a red carpet be without Jennifer Lopez? This year, the actor and singer made a glamorous appearance at the Golden Globes 2026. Although Lopez wasn’t nominated, she did hit the stage to present the award for best male actor musical/comedy. While her sheer beaded gown definitely stole the show, we couldn’t help but notice her detailed manicure.
To complement her vintage Jean Louis Scherre, Lopez went with allover bronze glam featuring glossy lips, an elegant updo, and matching nails. Her bronze-colored manicure looks simple at first glance, but on closer inspection we found a hidden surprise.

For Lopez’s nail color, manicurist Tom Bachik chose a dark nude shade called Pyramid Scheme from Aprés Nails. The look featured a classic almond shape, sealed with a glossy topcoat. It’s very much in line with the recent minimalist nail craze, particularly the trending toasted nail look. Seems straightforward, right? But if you take a closer look, you’ll catch a hidden surprise.
To add some extra sparkle, Bachik placed a few small delicate rhinestones on the back of her nails, creating a peekaboo effect. Bachik aptly named the look the “peekaboo manicure.” Trend alert? An idea we’ll definitely have to make a note of for the coming season!
To round out her beauty look, Lopez wore bronzy eye shadow with black winged eyeliner. Her lip combo featured brown liner with nude gloss. She kept the rest of her complexion minimal and glowing.
