December starts off strong with a full moon in Gemini on the 4th that shines a light on wherever you’ve been ungrounded, choosing chaos over healthy habits, and ultimately frying your ability to think straight. If you, or those around you, have struggled to commit, this full moon is asking for you to release fear and step into curiosity and self-trust instead. Lean on those around you during this lunation.
We then end Neptune retrograde when the planet of illusions, spirituality, and dreams stations direct on December 10. This gives us an opportunity to take what we’ve been saying and put it into action. My suggestion? Dream big, but take aligned steps to achieve these dreams IRL. The very next day Mercury (the planet of communication, connection, and travel) enters blunt and bold Sagittarius on the 11th. So say what you mean, but remember to mean what you say too.
On December 15, Mars (the planet of action, passion, and motivation) enters goal-oriented Capricorn to redirect our energy in order to build legacy. On the 19th, a new moon in Sagittarius arrives, rendering us hopeful and optimistic to the future ahead. Linking up with the sun and Mercury gives us a chance to think outside of the box and expand our horizons through intentional behaviors. Two days later, on December 21, we leave Sagittarius season behind as the sun enters into cardinal earth sign Capricorn. This will help us pave the way forward in tangible ways.
