At the 2026 Grammys, Sabrina Carpenter took to the stage to perform her nominated song “Manchild” and, as usual, delivered another legendary performance. While we were mesmerized by her stage presence and costume, we couldn’t help but notice her nails, which have serious trend potential for spring 2026.
Carpenter is known for her creative, playful nail designs, created by her go-to nail artist Zola Ganzorigt. To complement her sparkling Valentino dress, she wore a subtle French manicure with just the right amount of shine. Giving the traditional French tip an upgrade, Carpenter’s nails featured chrome polish to add a pearlescent shimmer.
Dubbing the style “pearly tips,” Zola broke down the look on Instagram. Using OPI, she started with one coat of Put It in Airplane Mode as the base then added Kyoto Pearl as the French tip. Lastly, she used Tin Man Can Glaze chrome powder (as used for Hailey Bieber’s famous glazed-donut nails) and sealed everything with the Super Gloss No Wipe topcoat.
But it wasn’t just Carpenter’s manicure that caught our eye. Her fresh-faced makeup was surprisingly subtle, with glowy skin and minimal eye shadow. To prep the skin, facialist Iván Pol used Chanel Beauty and The Beauty Sandwich method to make her skin radiant and lifted. Makeup artist Carolina Gonzalez focused on her trademark blush, placing it high on Carpenter’s cheekbones and up the temples of the face. Then she used a rosy lipstick for the perfect matching pout.
For her hair, Carpenter jumped on the romantic waves trend with a windswept updo. Celebrity hairstylist Evanie Frausto used Redken products to create an “unrestricted” updo. “Sabrina was my muse,” Frausto said in a press release. “We wanted the hair to look soft and airy with pieces that fell naturally down the back like they just landed there.”
