There may have been something in the water during Peter Weber’s time on The Bachelor. Sydney Warner, like fellow football WAG Hannah Ann Sluss, also competed on the show that season, and like Sluss, she soon embarked on a career in content creation.
“It was a learning process for sure for about a year,” she tells me of influencing. “And then I figured it out and I was like, Okay, I can kind of do this on a bigger scale. So that’s what I’m still doing now, and I love it.”
And even though she didn’t find a love connection with Weber on the show, The Bachelor did help her find love. The family of Fred Warner, a player for the 49ers, was watching the show and became convinced that Warner was his perfect match. Like, really convinced.
“[They said] Fred, there’s this girl on this show and we think she’s your type,” he said. “We don’t know if she’s going to make it to the end or not, but if she doesn’t, you need to find her on social media. You just need to find her.”

He thought they were being ridiculous, but did end up sliding into Warner’s DMs. They met up a few months later and married two years after that. About two years ago, Warner began to notice that people online were super engaged in her content about the NFL.
“I was like, wait, people are obsessed in a good way,” she says. “This is incredible how interested people are in these games, in our lives, and in our outfits. It’s wild. I noticed a big shift of, yeah, we’re interested in the men, but also let’s talk about these wives a little bit and what they’ve got going on.”
After having her son, Beau, in March, Sydney Warner says she’s even more excited to lean into WAG content and grow her brand as a new mom in this unique role.
“We’re going to hit it hard,” she says. “We’re going to do ‘Get Ready With Me.’ We’re going to do ‘Spend the Day With Me.’ Outfits, of course. All the things people want to see are definitely going to be there. I feel like this year is a big year, so it’s going to be good. We’re so excited.”
