Celebrity Plastic Surgery: 34 Stars Who Have Admitted to ‘Getting Work Done’

Thanks in part to social media and the rise of “tweakments”—cosmetic procedures that require little to no downtime—the tides are turning when it comes to celebrity plastic surgery. While many still prefer not to disclose the work they’ve had done, more and more stars are starting to open up about the cosmetic changes they’ve made to their appearance.
Up until recently, even a whisper of celebrity plastic surgery or Botox was considered taboo. Such was especially the case in Hollywood, where an incredibly singular form of “natural” beauty has long been the ideal. But like the influencers on our feeds, celebrities have gotten more candid about their decisions and are reclaiming the conversation.
Scroll on for 34 celebrities who are open about the changes they’ve made.

Lindsay Lohan
During an interview with actor and comedian Chloe Fineman for Elle, Lohan denied rumors that she got a facelift. “The second she looks any different, they assume she had her face lifted at 37 or 38, that she ripped apart this or that. It’s so mean,” Lohan’s publicist said. Lohan shared that her amazing skin is the results of lasers, a healthy diet, a solid skin care routine, and Botox. “You just have to do it and ignore everyone else,” she said. “Everyone does Botox.”

Kylie Jenner
In perhaps one of the biggest culture-shifting discussions on injectables, Jenner revealed in 2016 that she had gotten lip injections. “As of now, I only have lip fillers.… But I’m also someone who says ‘never say never.’ If, down the line, I get to a point where I’m really uncomfortable with something on my body, I’m not against changing it,” she wrote.
It seems the beauty mogul made good on that promise years later. In 2025 she opened up about getting breast implants and even shared the exact measurements of her procedure. Responding to a TikTok from British YouTuber Rachel Leary, Jenner shared she received “445 cc, moderate profile, half under the muscle, silicone” implants from Beverly Hills plastic surgeon Garth Fisher, MD.

Kris Jenner
In 2011, Jenner famously underwent a facelift on an episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashians before Kim’s second wedding. We love that kind of transparency.
Jenner’s appearance made headlines once again in 2025 after she was photographed with a new lifted look. In a statement to Page Six, Jenner’s rep confirmed that she had received aesthetic work from New York City plastic surgeon Steven Levine, MD.

Khloé Kardashian
Before you try to shade or shame Kardashian about her plastic surgery—don’t. After years of being relentlessly mocked about her face, the reality star and mother of two won’t hesitate to troll you right back. That’s exactly what happened to a lucky commenter in May 2023 after Kardashian shared a clip of her morning workout on Instagram. “Do you miss your old face?” someone asked in the comments beneath the post, to which Kardashian shot back, “No.”
Kardashian had spoken before about dabbling in injectables and undergoing a rhinoplasty as well. On a reunion episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashians, the denim mogul got vulnerable about how the public’s scrutiny of her face and body has impacted her self-esteem. “For me, everyone says, ‘Oh my gosh, she’s had her third face transplant,’ but I’ve had one nose job,” she said. “And everyone gets so upset, like, why don’t I talk about it? No one’s ever asked me.”
In 2025, Kardashian put all the speculation to rest after a plastic surgeon posted a reel dissecting her appearance. “First off I think these photos are about 15 years apart. But here’s a list of things that I have done. I’ve been very open in the past about what I have done so here we go,” Kardashian wrote in the comments before listing her procedures. “Nose job @drkanodia90210, laser Hair for the hairline and everywhere else 🤭 @sevlaseraesthetics, Botox and sculptra where my face tumor was removed in my cheek @7qspa, soft wave laser for skin tightening @softwavetherapy, filler in the past but not any over the last few years (I hear it never goes away, so I’m sure it’s still there but calmed down 🙏🏽) lost 80 pounds over the years (slow and steady) @coachjoe.paris, collagen baby Threads underneath my chin and neck @thethingswedo.co, Salmon sperm facials/ regular facials, peptides, vitamins and daily skin care.”

Katy Perry
Perry has been open about receiving injections over the years. In 2018 she addressed plastic surgery rumors to Refinery29 by sharing that she got filler injections in her undereyes “for the hollowing.”
During a stop in Australia while on her Lifetimes world tour in 2025, Perry reportedly told the crowd that she had just received some fresh Botox due to early mornings with her daughter, Daisy. “But you can’t tell I’m tired because I got fresh Botox for Australia,” Perry said according to the Daily Mail.

Bella Hadid
Hadid addressed plastic surgery rumors for the first time in an interview with Vogue in 2022. The model confirmed she got a nose job at age 14, adding that she now regrets the procedure. “I wish I had kept the nose of my ancestors,” she said. “I think I would have grown into it.”

Catt Sadler
In an exclusive interview with Glamour, the former E! News host revealed she underwent a facelift, neck lift, and eye lift at age 48. “It’s not like I did it because I can’t get a job,” Sadler said. “It’s not that I did it because I want my boyfriend to think I look 35. None of that was a consideration. It was more about looking in the mirror and feeling good. How I feel.”

Ariana Grande
In October 2024 the “Thank U, Next” singer addressed plastic surgery rumors while hooked up to Vanity Fair’s notorious lie detector test, answering her Wicked costar Cynthia Erivo's pointed questions about what she’s had done.
In the clip Grande vehemently denies having gotten a nose job, “boob job,” facelift, chin implant, and fox eye lift, though she did note that she’s “open” to a facelift down the line. The polygraph operator’s verdict? “She’s telling the truth.”
Grande was thrilled, of course. “This is the best day of my life! Take that, you YouTube people!” she exclaimed, seemingly addressing the countless internet sleuths who love to speculate about her appearance.
Finally, Grande revealed what she has done. “I’ve had fillers in various places and Botox, but I stopped like four years ago…and that is the extent,” she confessed. “But also [I am] in full support of all people who do these things. Work! Whatever makes women, men, non-gender-confirming people, feel beautiful should be allowed. Why do we care?”

Selena Gomez
After a TikToker posted a side-by-side comparison of Gomez’s face as a teenager and as an adult, the Only Murders in the Building star commented bluntly, “Honestly I hate this. I was on stripes because of flare up. I have Botox. That’s it. Leave me alone.” Other commenters are assuming that “stripes” is an autocorrect and was meant to be “steroids,” which makes sense as a treatment for a lupus flare-up.
The Botox is not new information. Gomez joked about having “fresh Botox” at the 2022 SAG Awards, and in December 2023 she clapped back at a commenter telling her to dissolve her “implants” with a straightforward, “Hahahaha I’ve had Botox bb girl.” No need to speculate—Gomez has told us herself: She gets Botox.

Ariana Madix
In July 2024 the reality star replied to an Instagram Reel shared by the account @BaileysBotox that had speculated as to the cosmetic work she’s had done since the series premiere of Vanderpump Rules all the way back in 2013. Over a recent image of Madix’s face, taken as part of the promo for her stint as the host of Love Island USA’s latest season, injector Molly Bailey wrote “Tox” and “filler” on the areas she believed Madix had had work done.
“I’ll tell you what i’ve had!” wrote Madix in the comments. “You’re partially correct. tox in 11’s, outer brow, and my neck. ellevate for my neck in 2019 by @theneckdoctor. minimal lip filler bc my face is too small to handle very much and filler in my chin. absolutely no filler anywhere else and def no bleph yet ❤️❤️ hope this helps! i’ll keep yall posted if i do anything else.”

Olivia Culpo
While prepping for the first weekend of Coachella in April 2024, Culpo “spilled the tea” on all things aesthetic, revealing that while she hasn’t gone under the knife, she’s gotten filler and Botox.
“I fill my lips,” Culpo said. “I do not fill my jaw. There’s actually a period in time where I would do Botox [in my jaw] to slim it, but I’m just embracing my natural structure.” Culpo also said that she gets Botox in the areas around her eyes, her chin, and halfway between the bottom of her jaw and mouth (which is also known as masseter Botox).
While Culpo currently doesn’t have cheek filler, she had done it before. “I haven’t in years. I don’t want my face to be so concave, I guess,” she explained. Finally, Culpo noted that she’d tried Botox just above her lip, also known as a lip flip, and never did it again: “It made my lips look insane.” Lastly, Culpo doesn’t do Botox where you’d expect. “I don’t do Botox in my forehead. If I get Botox [there], it actually looks like [it’s] falling down.”

Megan Fox
Fox has never been one to shy away from the truth, so it’s no surprise her approach to plastic surgery and cosmetic work is similar. While appearing on an episode of the podcast Call Her Daddy in March 2024, the actor detailed exactly which plastic surgery she has and hasn’t gotten.
“My boobs have been fake, by the way, since I was…21? Or 22? I got them done in between the first and second Transformers. But I had them done ‘conservatively,’” Fox told host Alex Cooper, denying that she’s ever had a facelift, brow lift, liposuction, or any form of body contouring.
As for what Fox has done? Fox has gotten three breast augmentations (requesting “1990s stripper” cup sizing for the third), one rhinoplasty, and one mystery procedure she refused to disclose. “I don’t understand the point of shaming people for getting stuff [like plastic surgery] done,” Fox concluded. “It’s like shaming people for coloring their hair, or wearing gel nails. Where does that logic stop? What’s natural enough for you?”

Martha Stewart
In February 2024, Stewart invited her cosmetic dermatologist, Dan Belkin, MD, onto her podcast to “set the record straight” regarding which cosmetic procedures she has and hasn’t done.
According to Dr. Belkin, he tried “a little Botox” on her upper face, but Stewart wasn’t a fan. “My eyebrows kind of go up in a V and that looks so unnatural, and I don’t have lines in my forehead,” Stewart said, though she does get neuromodulators, like Botox, injected into her jawline and neck. “This is to reduce the banding on the neck and the downward pull on the face to keep those muscles a little weaker, so the muscles of the cheek can pull,” Dr. Belkin said.
As for filler? “Filler is sort of controversial these days,” said Dr. Belkin, who admitted that some filler can be “really overdone.” That’s why he makes sure to do it “very conservatively” on Stewart. “We don’t do it that often,” he said, but when he does, he injects some biostimulatory fillers into her cheeks as well as “a little on the jaw.” Stewart explained this as “giving me more plumpness in my cheeks where [one] tends to get hollower.”

Sofia Vergara
Vergara looks amazing, but the 51-year-old swears it’s not plastic surgery. The Modern Family star does, however, admit to doing “little things here and there.”
As for what those are? “I do microneedling, little lasers for capillaries because I have rosacea. I do Botox in my eyes and in my neck regularly,” she told Glamour in 2023. “Little things that I don’t need to sit in my house for a month because, unfortunately, I can’t.”
Vergara has also opened up about filler, telling Allure that she’s “against it once you hit a certain age.” “Filler does good when you’re really young and you want a little bit more cheeks or to plump your lips a little bit. At my age—51—I feel it’s not going to make you look younger,” she said. “[Filler] is going to make you look more done. And I feel like it actually doesn’t pull you up; it kind of weighs [you down].”

Anitta
In August 2023, Anitta told Glamour UK that she “never really cared” about what other people think. “That’s why I’m very open about these things,” she said. “The procedures I did—or the others I might end up doing in the future—were just for my personal well-being, to feel good about myself. The secret of beauty is feeling good about yourself.”
Previously, Anitta said she had gotten cosmetic procedures “because I wanted to, not because I was ashamed of my body, simply because I wanted to make some changes and I liked the result.”

Jane Fonda
At 86 years old, Fonda has no problem admitting she’s gotten a facelift—though if she had go back and do it all over again, she might choose differently.
“I had a facelift and I stopped because I don’t want to look distorted. I’m not proud of the fact that I had [one],” Fonda said in an August 2022 interview with Vogue. “Now, I don’t know if I had it to do over if I would do it. But I did it. I admit it, and then I just say, ‘Okay, you can get addicted. Don’t keep doing it.’ A lot of women, I don’t know, they’re addicted to it.” Her advice? “I want young people to stop being afraid about getting older.”

Sharon Osbourne
In an interview with The Sunday Times, which was published in April 2022, the television personality recounted a five-and-a-half-hour operation that “hurt like hell” and left her looking like a “fucking Cyclops.”
“I had a full facelift done in October and I looked like one of those fucking mummies that they wrap [with bandages],” she told the Times, per People. “It hurt like hell. You have no idea.” When the procedure was complete, she said she told the plastic surgeon, “You’ve got to be fucking joking.”
She continued, “One eye was different to the other. I looked like a fucking Cyclops. I’m, like, ‘All I need is a hunchback.’” According to the reality star, her husband, Ozzy Osbourne, agreed with her assessment. “He said, ‘I don't care how much it costs, we’ll get it redone,’” she told the Times.
Not shy of discussing her surgeries, Osbourne had declared on a 2016 episode of The Talk she’s on “face three and counting.” She’s also been open about her tummy tuck, lipo, facelift, leg and breast lifts, and lip fillers.

Chrissy Teigen
Teigen has never been shy about letting us in on her glam routine—even the parts that aren’t so glamorous, like rashes and altitude sickness. In 2019 she posted about getting Botox in her armpits, which can help stop excessive sweating. “TRULY BEST MOVE I HAVE EVER MADE. I can wear silk again without soaking woohoo!” she wrote. She’s also revealed she had another treatment done to her pits: liposuction. “It added two inches of length to my arms. [That fat] is coming back though, so I might need to go in and pay for it again.”
In 2020, Teigen began documenting the process of getting her breast implants removed. “They’ve been great to me for many years but I’m just over it,” she shared back in May. “I’d like to be able to zip a dress in my size, lay on my belly with pure comfort! No biggie! So don’t worry about me! All good. I’ll still have boobs, they’ll just be pure fat. Which is all a tit is in the first place. A dumb, miraculous bag of fat.” Most recently she shared a topless photo postsurgery on August 9.
- Emma McIntyre19/34
Tyra Banks
In 2018, Banks opened up about having gotten a nose job earlier in her career. “I had bones in my nose that were growing and itching,” the model told People. “I could breathe fine, but I added cosmetic surgery. I admit it! Fake hair, and I did my nose. I feel I have a responsibility to tell the truth.”
- Jean Baptiste Lacroix20/34
Courteney Cox
Although most of the celebrities on this list have embraced plastic surgery, it’s equally important to hear about the journeys that didn’t work out. In 2017, Friends star Courteney Cox revealed she had dissolved all her fillers. “I’m as natural as I can be. I feel better because I look like myself,” Cox told New Beauty. “I think that I now look more like the person that I was. I hope I do. Things are going to change. Everything’s going to drop. I was trying to make it not drop, but that made me look fake. You need movement in your face, especially if you have thin skin like I do. Those aren’t wrinkles—they’re smile lines. I’ve had to learn to embrace movement and realize that fillers are not my friend.”
- John Wolfsohn/Getty21/34
Cindy Crawford
“I’m not going to lie to myself, past a certain age, creams work on the texture of your skin, but in order to restore elasticity, all I can really count on is vitamin injections, Botox, and collagen,” the model told InStyle. “I have a very simple, healthy life, which works miracles. I drink a lot of water, watch what I eat, and exercise…but I owe the quality of my skin to my cosmetic surgeon.”
- Kevin Mazur/Getty22/34
Cardi B
Cardi is willing to talk about anything, so it’s not surprising that she’s been pretty open about the work she’s had done. In a video interview in 2017, she talked about her breast augmentation and illegal butt injections (something, it should go without saying, you should never do; complications from illegal and so-called back-alley procedures can be catastrophic—even deadly). In 2019 she was vocal about getting liposuction and going right back to performing (something that’s not advised), which led to her needing to cancel shows due to complications.

Ariel Winter
In 2015, Winter opened up to Glamour about her breast reduction after years of physical and emotional discomfort. “I got it for myself. I can’t even really put it into words about how amazing it feels to really feel right,” she said.

Dolly Parton
Parton isn’t exactly known for her natural look, so it should come as no surprise she’s a fan of enhancing what she’s got. She told the Guardian, “If something is bagging, sagging, or dragging, I’ll tuck it, suck it, or pluck it.” When she was asked on a CBS segment whether her breasts were real, she replied with a laugh: “They’re real expensive. They’re real big.”
- Frazer Harrison/Getty25/34
Kaley Cuoco
In 2016, the Big Bang Theory actor told Women’s Health that her breast augmentation was “the best thing I ever did.” She also talked about her nose job and round of fillers. “As much as you want to love your inner self, I’m sorry, you also want to look good,” she said. “I don’t think you should do it for a man or anyone else, but if it makes you feel confident, that’s amazing.”
- Greg Doherty/Getty26/34
NeNe Leakes
In 2010 the Real Housewives of Atlanta star told People about her liposuction, nose job, and breast implants. “I still wanted to look like NeNe, the Black woman that I am, but a better version,” she said.
- Manny Carabel/Getty27/34
Christie Brinkley
The iconic model has long credited a healthy diet and fitness for her looks, but in 2017 she opened up about trying the injectable Xeomin for her frown lines. “I wondered if people would think I’m phony and fake,” she told People. “But it’s better to be honest and say, ‘Yeah, this is what I do.’” She added: “I’m almost 64. At a certain point, you might need a little something extra. When I look in the mirror, I want to feel like I look as good as I feel. And if you can have something done to feel more confident and better about yourself, then you feel like your face matches your spirit—and my spirit is enthusiastic and energetic.”
- Michael Loccisano/Getty28/34
Chloë Sevigny
For someone once dubbed the Coolest Girl in the World, Sevigny is very open about her beauty secrets. “I think Botox is good,” she told Into the Gloss. “It’s just a preventative for my eleven lines, but also [my derm] is very conservative because I’m an actress. I attack [the elevens] too, with massage. Sometimes I catch myself doing that and it’s really embarrassing.”
- Stefanie Keenan/Getty29/34
Iggy Azalea
Azalea isn’t afraid to talk about her breast augmentation. “I love them so much I had to talk about them.… I’d feel better not to have some secret. It’s much freer to say it and then you don’t have to worry someone will dig it up,” she told E! in 2015.
- Santiago Felipe/Getty30/34
Wendy Williams
In 2009, Williams discussed her breast implants on an episode of her show. “Our son did not know I had breast implants,” she said. “So I sat down and went through plastic surgery with him. And it was great, because I was able to let him know that when his dad met me, I was completely natural. The beauty of my story is that ‘Your dad met me as a frog and I have transformed myself, because I wanted to, into a swan.’” She stressed, “I wanted the body that matched my personality. And the body I have now matches my personality.”
- Tommaso Boddi/Getty31/34
Lisa Kudrow
In 2013 in the Saturday Evening Post, Kudrow discussed the nose job she got at 16, which she called “life-altering.” “I went from, in my mind, hideous to not hideous,” she said. “I did it the summer before going to a new high school. So there were plenty of people who wouldn’t know how hideous I looked before. That was a good, good, good change.”
- VALERIE MACON/Getty32/34
Courtney Love
Before she was the front woman for her band, Hole, Love was trying to make it as an actor. “That schnoz was not taking me anywhere,” she said on the Jimmy Kimmel Show in 2014, as to why she wasn’t getting parts. And so she got a nose job. “I got my nose fixed, and in six months the whole world changed.” When Kimmel asked her whether she regrets doing it at such a young age (Love was 20), she said, “Hell no!”
- Rachel Luna/Getty33/34
Robin Wright
When it comes to injectables, the House of Cards actor has nothing to hide. “Everybody fucking does it,” she told the Telegraph in 2014. “I suppose I can’t say ‘everybody’ because I don’t know for sure, but come on…. It’s just the tiniest sprinkle of Botox twice a year. I think most women do 10 units, but that freezes the face and you can’t move it. This is just one unit, and it’s just sprinkled here and there to take the edge off.... Perhaps it’s not wise to put that in a magazine? But I ain’t hiding anything.”

Kourtney Kardashian
In 2010, Kardashian told Nightline she “could care less” if people know she’s had breast implants. “It’s so funny ’cause it’s not a secret,” she said.
